Truth or Flair is devoted to spreading the idea that a bartender doesn't just have to be a drink slinger, but can also be an entertainer. We are interested in teaching simple, fun and fast ways to improve on the traditional boring style of bartending. Any form of entertainment will have its costs, but the main concerns are efficiency and pour costs. You still want to do the volume and your boss is concerned about the bottom line.
